Abstract
目的探讨肺动脉栓塞的临床特点,提高对引起肺动脉栓塞高危因素的认识.方法对13例肺动脉栓塞症状、体征及实验室检查进行回顾分析.结果 13例肺动脉栓塞误诊7例(死亡5例),高达53.85%;5例经肺动脉造影,采用尿激酶溶栓;3例口服华法令及通心络.结论肺动脉栓塞临床并非少见,症状变化多端,不易识别,应提高对肺动脉栓塞的警惕性.
