Abstract
留置针留置操作简单,留置过程中处置方便,被临床广泛应用.但是留置针在静脉内留置过程中患者血管会出现不同程度的静脉炎,为了尽量延长留置针的留置时间,避免静脉炎的发生,自2008年起,我科大量使用留置针,开始留置针仅保留2～3 d,如今达5～7 d,留置的时间明显延长,而静脉炎的发病率则有所下降.
