2000年采用酶联免疫吸附法对1007名医院工作人员进行HBV血清学调查.HBV总感染率为30.7%;外科组的HBV感染率(44.3%)明显高于内科组(31.8%)和非临床组(18.4%);护士组的HBV感染率(45.2%)明显高于医师组(31.7%)和非临床组(18.4%).
