2005-2010年,武汉市江夏区血防所等单位用中药化瘀汤[1]为基本方治疗晚期血吸虫病肝硬变腹水60例,取得了满意的临床效果,现报告如下.1临床资料1.1对象经临床诊断,确定为晚期血吸虫病肝硬变腹水患者60例,其中男性38例,女性22例;年龄最小17岁,最大65岁;农民52例,教师5例,工人3例;腹水史最长者12年,最短者2年;曾有1次治疗史者11例,2～5次治疗史者48例,无治疗史1例.
