Abstract
口服避孕药(OCP)在辅助生殖技术(ART)中有着广泛的应用,但是不同的学者的研究结果不一.多数研究认为,OCP可以改善体外受精的妊娠结局.在助孕周期前应用OCP预处理,可以计划性安排治疗时机、改善卵巢反应性、提高妊娠率、降低周期取消率、预防卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)以及功能性卵巢囊肿等并发症的发生.
