六味能消胶囊与瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合治疗高脂血症疗效分析

Abstract
目的 观察六味能消胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症临床疗效.方法 将248例原发性高脂血症患者分为二组,六味能消胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片观察组(124例),瑞舒伐他汀钙片对照组(124例),治疗前、后3个月分别观察甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化.结果 显示观察组TG、TC、LDL-C)下降幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),HDL-C幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 六味能消胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症明显降低血脂水平,优于单用瑞舒伐他汀钙片.
