响应面法优化玉米须中总黄酮的超声提取工艺

Abstract
目的 研究玉米须中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺及其抗氧化活性.方法 以提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数为自变量,以总黄酮的提取率为响应值,经过3因素3水平的响应面Box-Behnken法确定玉米须中总黄酮的最优提取条件.结果 最佳提取工艺为:超声功率500W,超声提取时间为20min,料液比1∶20,乙醇体积分数30％.在此条件下,总黄酮的提取率为1.13％.并用FRAP法对其抗氧化性进行了测定,得到FRAP值为467.59μmol/L.结论 玉米须总黄酮是一种较好的天然自由基清除剂.
