Abstract
髋臼骨折多为高能量损伤,随着现代工业的快速发展,发生率日益增高[1],其中横行骨折约占髋臼骨折42％[2].髋臼横行骨折累及髋臼的前后柱,其诊断、复位和内固定物选择及固定都较困难,随着科技的进步,内固定物的迅速发展,为髋臼横行骨折的治疗提供了更多的选择,目前手术已成为移位髋臼横行骨折治疗的金标准[3].现对髋臼横行骨折内固定物发展做一综述.
