Abstract
目的探讨引起小儿药疹的药物,治疗及预防方法.方法分析80例药疹患儿的临床特点、药疹类型及致敏药物的种类.结果药疹类型以麻疹样为多占50%,其次荨麻疹型占26.25%,致敏药物以抗生素为主占60%,解热镇痛药占15%,癫药物占12.5%.结论引起药疹的主要致敏药物为抗生素类(以氨苄青霉素为主,其次为头孢菌素类).
