Abstract

2014年1月浙江省慈溪市发生3例人感染H7N9禽流感病例,经调查3例病例所接触禽均来自2013年疫情发生地区,3例病例经营场所环境标本H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性率68.4％,慈溪市从事禽交易农贸市场环境标本病毒核酸阳性率38.4％.结果表明,外地禽只为慈溪市3例病例感染来源,禽交易农贸市场为感染高危场所.
