Abstract
目的:探讨利用信息技术优化患者就诊流程的实践及其应用效果.方法:分析原医疗服务中不足,开发建设就诊"一卡通"、预约服务、自助服务和掌上医院等服务系统,通过前后就诊流程比较、SPSS统计分析等手段评估应用效果.结果:采用信息技术的新就诊模式,优化了患者流程,减少了患者等候时间.结论:利用信息技术只是优化就诊流程的一种工具和手段,改善医疗服务是一个系统工程,需要全盘统筹考虑.
