Abstract
目的:建立工作场所空气中四氢呋喃( THF)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果 THF在1.78~8892.00 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999。以采集3.00 L空气计算,THF最低检出浓度为0.09 mg/m3,最低定量浓度为0.27 mg/m3。室温下放置过夜时, THF 平均解吸效率为94.29%~96.46%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为0.30%~0.91%和0.66%~1.23%;THF样品在室温下至少可保存8 d。结论本方法可用于工作场所空气中THF的检测。
