Abstract
目的 探索医院规模越来越大如何实现精细化管理来应对支付方式改革.方法 通过在院内持续推进临床路径管理工作在促进精细化医疗,应对医保支付方式改革.结果 2型糖尿病、高血压、类风湿性关节炎、血管瘤、腹股沟斜疝在医疗质量得到保障的基础上缩短了平均住院日、降低了次均医疗费.结论 临床路径是实现精细化管理应对支付方式改革的有效工具.
