Abstract
目的 检测miR-4316在结肠癌中的表达并研究其对直肠癌细胞增殖与侵袭的影响.方法 收集结肠癌标本,使用RT-PCR检测miR-4316在直肠癌中的表达;培养HT-29、SW620、SCSP-514细胞,并转染miR-4316 anti-sense,观测转染后对直肠癌细胞增殖和侵袭的影响.结果 直肠癌组织中的miR-4316的表达显著高于癌旁组织.转染了miR-4316 anti-sense的HT-29、SW620、SCSP-514细胞的增殖能力与侵袭能力明显下降.结论 miR-4316在直肠癌中表达上调,并能促进癌细胞的增殖和侵袭能力.
