Abstract
压疮是局部组织长时间受压所致局部皮肤及皮下组织损伤,不仅影响患者生活质量,加深患者痛苦,更浪费医疗资源.预防和控制住院患者压疮已成为衡量医院医疗质量的重要指标.随着集束化理念的发展,压疮集束化护理模式日渐形成,本文总结了目前临床采取的较为有效的压疮集束化护理模式,以期为临床护理工作提供借鉴,有助于改善压疮护理质量.
