Abstract
目的 分析某医院2013-2015年住院患者麻醉药品和第一类精神药品使用情况.方法 对该医院2013-2015年住院患者麻醉药物、第一类精神药物的使用情况进行回顾性分析,以用药频度(DDDs)、实际用药天数(AUDs)以及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标对麻醉药物以及第一类精神药品的使用情况进行统计分析.结果 在这两类药物的所有品种中,盐酸羟考酮控释片20 mg的药物利用指数＞1,剩余药品药物利用指数均＜1.结论 该医院麻醉药品及第一类精神药品的使用情况基本合理,癌症患者麻醉类药物使用情况均符合WHO规定的癌症疼痛三阶梯治疗原则.
