Abstract
医院供应链的应用日渐普及,本文根据我院实际情况与第5版JCI.GLD章节供应链要求,并结合同类医院供应链运行情况,具体分析与探讨了医院耗材供应链中的各个重要环节(B/S架构物联网、订单流转跟踪、风险管理、供应商评价等)的管理方式,提出了医院耗材供应链管理中存在的风险,思考应对策略,旨在构建一个完整有效的医院供应链管理系统.
