本文针对我院医疗设备申购由医学装备处单一科室进行汇总且无规章制度的现状,探讨了各相关科室共同协作审核、管理、监督的方法.首先根据国家对医院的预算管理要求,制定以科室为单位的设备预算额度申请办法.然后论述科室申请设备时提交的信息,审核要点及审核科室,制定奖惩措施.最后参考我院现行管理模式,提出决策层、审核层、申报层3层协作的等级管理体系.
