一次性样品留样采集器的设计与应用

Abstract
针对临床医学检验中粪便标本"开放传递"的不规范性送检情况,本文设计了一种一次性样品留样采集器.该装置主要由取样筒和留样筒构成,取样筒内设有活塞,与提取手柄连接;留样筒下端封闭,上端与留样筒卡盖连接,留样后可封闭,使样品在密闭状态下保存、送检.临床实际应用表明,该装置可方便、快捷地计量采集粪便样品,且留样准确,送检安全,能有效地防止院内感染,值得临床推广.
