Abstract
SPECT/CT是一种将SPECT的功能特异性和CT的解剖特异性有机融合的分子影像装置， SEPCT/CT融合显像有助于更好地理解疾病的病理生理和诊断，为疾病的定位和定性诊断提供客观依据。本文介绍了SEPCT/CT融合显像在恶性肿瘤骨转移、原发骨肿瘤、良性骨骼疾病诊断中的优势，并指出其在肿瘤与非肿瘤疾病尤其是骨骼疾病的诊断、治疗方面有着广阔的应用前景。
