不明原因发热患者骨髓细胞形态学检查结果评价

Abstract
目的 探讨骨髓细胞形态学检查在不明原因发热(FUO)患者诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 收集2009～2013年潮州市潮州医院200例不明原因发热的患者,以骨髓细胞学检查前后结果作为对照并分析评价.结果 不明原因发热患者200例中通过骨髓细胞学检查明确诊断的有181例,确诊率为90.5％.结论 骨髓细胞形态学检查方法在实验室常规检查方法无法确诊的不明原因发热病例中具有较高的确诊率,是不明原因发热患者诊断和鉴别诊断不可或缺的辅助检查手段.
