利伐沙班在老年下肢深静脉血栓治疗中安全性的研究

Abstract
目的 在70岁以上老年下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者中,观察评估口服利伐沙班治疗的安全性.方法 研究2012年5月-2014年4月,22例老年下肢DVT患者,口服利伐沙班治疗60d,评价分析治疗前后患者血红蛋白、血小板、凝血功能和肝肾功能的变化.结果 治疗前后患者血红蛋白、血小板、凝血功能、肝肾功能无明显差异,无严重出血事件.结论 对于老年下肢深静脉血栓患者,利伐沙班是一种安全有效的口服治疗药物.
