分析了非实名就医存在的医疗安全、医保监管、公共卫生、社会稳定等医疗信息安全风险,通过强化预约渠道分类管控,上线临时身份证明自助办理系统,改造临床医护工作站等,建立信息技术条件下的患者身份验证体系.认为全信息化实名就医体系增强了数据安全质量,规避了非实名就医风险.
