Abstract
应用失效模式与效果分析,结合根本原因分析,找出介入手术流程中的所有失效模式及潜在风险原因,计算事先风险数值,制定并实施有效的防范措施.改进后,心内科介入医生职业暴露发生率由42.86％降低到7.14％(P＜0.05),RPN值由1 593.94分下降至611.03分,有效避免了介入医生职业暴露的发生.
