Abstract
目的 评价临床科室中层干部的科研绩效.方法 建立科研绩效考核方案,以课题、论文、成果、专利为评分指标,计算临床科室科研实绩总分,加权量化为标准分,完成中层干部科研绩效考核.结果 上海市公共卫生临床中心研究探讨的科研绩效评估方法较好地完成了临床科室中层干部的科研绩效考核工作.各科室临床科研实绩差距较大,科研成果分布不均衡,医院可采取措施针对性改进.上述方法具有客观性、合理性和可比性.
