第四军医大学三所附属医院积极开展了“三好一满意”活动,通过优化服务流程,提升服务水平,做到“服务好”;重视医疗质量,确保医疗安全,做到“质量好”;营造良好行医氛围,弘扬高尚医德,做到“医德好”;完善督导制度,接受社会监督,做到“群众满意”.在改善群众就医感受、提高患者和社会满意度、促进医院持续发展等方面收到了良好成效.
