分化型甲状腺癌与STK15关系的研究

Abstract
目的 探讨分化型甲状腺癌组织中丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(STK15)的表达及其作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测71例分化型甲状腺癌组织及其癌旁组织、45例结节性甲状腺肿组织中STK15基因的表达.结果71例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中STK15基因的阳性表达率均为100.0%, 癌旁组织STK15阳性表达率8.45%,结节性甲状腺肿组织中STK15阳性表达率24.4%.在分化型甲状腺癌组织中STK15的表达具有相关性(p<0.01).结论STK15基因在分化型甲状腺癌组织中均为高表达,检测它可提高分化型甲状腺癌的诊断率,对良恶性甲状腺疾病鉴别诊断有重要意义.
