p-AKT,p-ERK在胃癌组织中表达及其意义

Abstract
目的 探讨P13K/AKT及ERK信号通路在胃癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法及Western blot方法检测p-AKT、p-ERK在胃癌、癌旁及胃组织正常黏膜中的表达情况.结果 p-AKT及p-ERK在胃癌、癌旁及胃组织正常黏膜中均有不同程度的表达,三组相比差异具有统计学意义.Western-blot结果显示,p-AKT及p-ERK蛋白表达与分化程度相关.结论 p-AKT、p-ERK在胃癌中均高表达,二者的表达均与肿瘤组织分化程度相关,联合检测对胃癌的预防和治疗具有重要意义.
