1临床资料
例1,男性,70岁.因头晕,左侧肢体活动不灵,疑似右侧脑梗塞住院.经头颅CT证实为右侧脑梗塞.静滴维脑路通400mg溶于生理盐水100ml中,滴注后约10d,患者出现发热、寒战,全身不适,体温38℃,血压正常.即刻静注地塞米松5mg,维生素C,静滴等对症治疗.
