Abstract
目的 建立貉源性成分的实时荧光PCR快速检测手段.方法 根据貉的线粒体Cytb基因序列设计引物和探针,通过优化扩增反应体系进行实时荧光PCR(RT-PCR)扩增,产物进行快速检测.结果 此方法特异性良好,灵敏度可达到10-4ng貉源性DNA的量.在混合或纯肉样品以及常见的肉制品中均可检测.结论 本方法可以满足实际工作中肉类掺假检测的要求.
