随着医改的深入,医疗服务质量问题引起了政府及学界的广泛关注.提升医疗服务质量的前提在于对其进行准确测量,而这一直是困扰管理者的难题.本综述通过对目前用于医疗服务质量测量的主要方法(指标法、病例法、观察法、情景模拟法及标准化病人法)进行系统总结,分析各类方法的优点以及局限性,为准确测量医疗服务质量提供科学参考.
