Abstract

目的:研究5%过氧化氢溶液的稳定性及抗菌活性.方法:用中国药典方法测定过氧化氢溶液的含量.采用经典恒温加速实验法作其稳定性实验,加入稳定剂在常温下和80℃加热恒温96 h测定含量,结果:加入稳定剂的5%过氧化氢溶液的稳定性好,有效期为5.69年,其抑菌活性增强.结论:5%过氧化氢溶液加入稳定剂后稳定性好,抑菌活性增强.
