患者××,女性,47岁.因13年前右侧乳腺包块诊断为"乳腺癌",并行切除术.术后经多次放化疗,病情稳定.入院前8年因腰背、脊柱疼痛,经SP-ECT扫描诊断为"骨转移癌",对症作局部放疗以止痛.入院前2年出现右侧下颌骨疼痛行局部放疗无缓解,入院前1年,经X-ray照片及SP-ECT检查发现右下颌骨癌转移、伴下颌骨坏死.
