目的 形成较为全面的员工管理体系以应对近年来环境变化对员工队伍的冲击.方法 通过对某院员工数据统计分析,结合相关员工管理经验,总结得到具体应对方法.结果 形成合理调整员工收入、科学管理人力投入、重视员工精神建设、关注员工入职筛选四个环节与层次的应对策略,提出在当前的流动趋势下员工管理思路方面的改变.结论 军队医院应更加重视在员工稳定性方面的控制,强化员工队伍管理.
