鉴于战略管理在企业中的重要性和有效性,医院也逐渐在制定发展规划中导入了战略管理.我院作为一所市级传染病医院,在2013年～2017年期间,通过对医院进行战略分析、定位,以及战略实施,在形成战略管理成效的基础上,探索传染病医院的战略管理过程,以期为新形势下传染病医院的转型发展找到合适的路径和模式.
