Abstract
目的研究氯仿对机体特异性体液免疫功能的毒性作用.方法在同一时间内通过检测小鼠血清半数溶血值,体外抗体形成细胞数量,以测定氯仿对机体特异性体液免疫功能的毒性作用.结果氯仿在一定剂量作用下,能降低血清半数溶血值,体外抗体形成细胞数量.结论氯仿对小鼠的体液免疫功能有不同程度的毒性作用.
