VITEK-2Compact在食源性致病菌检测中的应用

Abstract
目的 探讨VITEK-2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定系统对致病菌鉴定能力的准确性.方法 应用国家标准GB4789中的方法及美国食品药品管理局(FDA)推荐的常规API生化鉴定方法,对从食源性致病菌中检测分离的20株沙门菌、40株单增李斯特菌、30株金黄色葡萄球菌,30株蜡样芽孢杆菌应用VITEK-2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定系统进行复检测.结果 2种鉴定方法的检测结果一致,对4种食源性致病菌的符合率为100％.结论 VITEK-2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定系统对食源性致病菌的鉴定准确、快速、简便,适用于食源性疾病的检测及突发事件的监测.
