乙酰磺胺酸钾(或称安赛蜜)是目前世界上使用较新的第四代合成甜味剂.在检测含该待测组分样品时,发现国标方法中性氧化铝前处理对结果的精密度、准确度有一定影响[1],为此做如下改进: 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料 选取市售本地或外埠干果类、泡菜类及酱菜类各10种,共计30份样品.
