β-半乳糖凝集素3和生物钟基因PER2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Abstract
目的 研究β-半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)和生物钟基因PER2在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化法检测Ga1-3蛋白和生物钟基因PER2在90例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织中的表达.结果 在NSCLC组织中和正常组织中Ga1-3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为56.7％、25％(P＜0.05),PER2的阳性表达率分别为58.9％、85％ (P ＜0.05).Gal-3的表达与NSCLC分化程度、淋巴结转移情况和TNM分期有关(P＜0.05).结论 与正常组织相比较,在非小细胞肺癌中,Gal-3呈高表达,PER2呈低表达.推测Gal-3、PER2在NSCLC的发生、发展中可能起到重要作用.
