Abstract
目的:消除火焰原子吸收法测定酱油中铅时氯化物的干扰.方法:用非共振线背景校正法.结果:该方法的样品加标回收率为 94.6%～103%,相对标准偏差为 2.66%～4.42%.结论:本方法有较好的回收率,结果准确,操作简便.
