Abstract
目的:建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定葡萄酒中甜蜜素含量的分析方法.方法:采用DB-1毛细管柱和氢火焰检测器测定,外标法定量.结果:样品加标平均回收率大于 88.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于 5.27%.结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速,适合葡萄酒中甜蜜素含量的测定.
