线粒体质量控制主要通过线粒体蛋白降解、囊泡转运和自噬机制3个层次来维持线粒体稳态,线粒体生物合成、动力学以及钙离子在该过程中起到重要调节作用.一般情况下,质量控制网络能够协调运转.近年来研究发现,线粒体功能失调与心力衰竭的发生密切相关.为了深入了解线粒体的功能,文中对线粒体质量控制方式、调节因素及其在心力衰竭中的作用和潜在靶向治疗应用进行综述.
