Abstract
目的:探讨PDCA循环在精神科电子护理病历质量控制管理中的应用效果.方法:抽取PDCA循环质量控制管理前后各200份出院精神科电子护理病历进行评分并比较.结果:应用PDCA循环质量控制管理后精神科电子护理病历评分明显上升,缺陷率和修改率明显下降.结论:PDCA循环质量控制管理是提高精神科电子护理病历质量的有效方法.
