阿坝州壤塘县属于四川省51个布鲁菌病(以下简称布病)疫区县之一,该县经过20多年的综合防治工作,于1991年达到控制区标准至今已10余年,近年来,四川省各地人畜间布病疫情都在急剧回升[1,2],为了解该县人间布病的疫情现状,于2003年对该县职业人群进行了布病血清学调查,现将结果报告如下.
