炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)是一种独特的间叶性肿瘤,临床较为少见,发生在胃肠道的IMT更为少见.由于其具有与其他肿瘤临床表现、影像学检查相似的特征,因此常出现误诊和误治.本文总结了6例胃肠道IMT的临床治疗体会,并结合近年文献报道的28例病例分析,诊治体会如下.
