微信对神经内科护理服务质量的影响

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat on the nursing quality in neurology department.Methods WeChat platform was applied in the management on neurology department in our hospital since 2015. WeChat friends circle was established to transmit information, supervise nursing quality and learn professional knowledge. Compared the changes of nursing quality, nursing management implementation, the incidence of nursing adverse events and patient satisfaction before and after the establishment of WeChat friends circle.Results After the application of WeChat, the scores of nursing quality regarding basic nursing, specialist nursing, critical care and other aspects were higher than those before with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Important information awareness, the completion of the work in this week, the implementation of nursing methods and improvement measures were better than those before. The number of nursing adverse events was less than before. Patient satisfaction was higher than before with statistically significant the difference (P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat could improve the efficiency of nursing management in neurology department, reduce nursing adverse events and improve nursing quality.
