Abstract
目的 对组织认同问卷在护士中进行修订,并探索组织认同与工作倦怠的关系.方法 对组织认同问卷进行专家修订,采用横断面设计的方法对325名护士进行现场调查.结果 该问卷护士样本中总体克朗巴赫 α 系数为0.707,组织认同感与工作倦怠成反比.结论 修订后的组织认同问卷可以作为护士组织认同的测量工具;提高组织认同感,可减轻护理人员的工作倦怠.
