Abstract
该研究根据风险矩阵的管理理论,通过问卷调查法获得风险矩阵横坐标,专家问卷获得风险矩阵纵坐标,形成该院护士化疗防护风险矩阵.结果 显示该院护士化疗防护知信行不一致,防护行为执行率低,主要原因为防护意识薄弱、人力不足和防护用品短缺等,可通过针对性的措施进行风险预防和控制.
