Abstract
目的 针对近年来困扰医院的医疗投诉与纠纷,通过回顾性分析探讨健康教育、门诊规范化管理患者依从性提高,对医疗投诉及纠纷的影响.探讨健康教育与医患关系的作用.方法 通过健康咨询及健康大课堂,一对一健康指导,给予健康教育.结果参与社区健康教育个性化指导的患者,遵医行为能力强,依从性高.结论 健康教育可以有效缓解医患矛盾.
