瓦里安Clinac-IX医用直线加速器联锁故障维修5例

Abstract
0引言
目前,医用电子直线加速器作为应用最广泛的放射治疗设备,在肿瘤治疗中发挥着至关重要的作用.我院于2011年引入瓦里安Clinac-IX医用直线电子加速器并投入使用,其稳定性较高、可靠性较强.但随着治疗时间的逐渐加长和放疗患者数量的不断增加,机器的损耗不可避免[1-3],近年来机器故障率明显增加.本文根据机器使用过程中遇到的5例典型故障,对故障处理方法进行总结与归纳,为同行处理相关故障提供参考和依据.
